Carrie is a superb teacher and professional! I learned so much in this course; I had some R background prior to this course, but this class really helped me improve my R coding syntax and integrating various packages. This course was by no means easy and I will be reviewing most of the videos and assignments again, but this course was so necessary to build my toolkit in data analytics.

The course is wonderfully made. I got really hooked up to R programming through this course. Previously I have been also learning Python, but never really enforced it due to the courses teaching me Python uses very "boring" and complicated IDE. This course has even enforced my understanding in Python, and I'd like to use them both for data analysis from now on. Thank you and kudos!

Although I have taken ds courses in graduate school, it is still a very good course. Because he asked me to carefully review the content of data analysis. And the most important thing is that I like the way of thinking of data analysis that the course of Google trains students. This way of thinking can not be cultivated no matter how many skills, so we must pay attention to it.

It was a great course! Even though I had learned R before, this course showed me a lot of new things, while keeping everything really simple! Carrie is a great instructor and she made sure that the course remained interesting throughout! The exercises in this course were top-notch as well, helping any one - beginner or otherwise, understanding the concepts of R in a great way!

It might be a bit fast paced for beginner or first time programmers but with some perseverance / repeated visits of the videos and material, you will certainly gain a lot. Do not forget to ( 1 ) take notes during the video sessions, and ( 2 ) patiently practice with all the hands-on exercises if you want to get a real benefit from the course. Instructor is great.

I could not be more pleased with the structure and delivery of this course. I fully intent to go through the entire course once more just as a refresher. The instructor was clear and pleasant. Although some parts were difficult to understand, after just reviewing videos or asking for help I was able to understand the procedures and applications of R. R is honestly the coolest part so far, just because you can run your analysis and then create visuals all in one place. Just stay patient and you'll get through this and understand the fundamentals!

Excellent instruction. The instructor provided very clear instructions to work along with the examples provided during the videos. I learned a lot! I've learned programming languages in the past, and the examples of R were very easy to pick up. I'm very excited and motivated to incorporate these skills into a much more fulfilling job!

The module for study R was very productive for me. I realized I love the method and application in using R. I had always questioned what "notebooks" were, how those creating visualizations were able to go a bit beyond the tools of Tableau to created unique shapes and backgrounds on their charts and dashboards. Now I do!

There are links to a lot of readings, of which, recommend to make it mandatory, and to be included as part of the sylabus to improve the quality of candidate completing this course. Nevertheless, this will increase the time required to complete this certifications substantially.

I was a bit nervous about learning a new programming language but, the instructor and all involved provided a great and well organized course from the beginning to the end. It was an interesting course where I learned the pretty interseting programming tool which is R, I am delighted that I took this course and completed it till the end, and would like to thank all instructors throughtout these courses for their efforts and their great way of implementing the information needed to be as data analyst.

It was interesting to follow with visible human teachers. Sally (Chinese American, I assume), the lady that taught most of the SQL is really great.

More of her and persons like her who make teaching very concrete.

I liked the way R Programming was taught in the course. I'm from a non-tech background, and it is my first experience in coding. The course instructor effectively taught the course with examples and hands-on practical based lectures. It ignites my curiosity to learn more about R and other programming languages for data analytics.

This course is the most demanding of all the first seven courses in this Google Data Analytics course. The course is well structured to give participants an indept knowledge in R data analysis. I have personally gained so much fundamentals to R programming in general and experienced a practical data analysis with the R software.

This was my first experience with a programming language and I thought it might be very difficult for me to learn R but I am very glad of taking this course (Data Analysis with R Programming) for learning a programming language for the first time.
